How it works

For buyers, renters, and anyone with a property to list.

If you are looking

  • Search by resort, area, price, size — or by how far it is from the beach, which is usually what actually decides it.
  • Save properties and searches. We will tell you when something new matches.
  • Tap Contact on WhatsApp to reach the owner or agent directly, with the listing reference already in the message.
  • No account needed to browse or to contact anyone.

If you are listing

  • Listing is free. The wizard takes about four minutes on a phone.
  • At least six photos are required — remote buyers cannot visit, so this is not negotiable.
  • Our team reviews your listing, usually within a few hours. If something needs fixing we tell you exactly what, and you can reply to us on the listing.
  • You will see views, WhatsApp contacts and saves for every property you list.
  • Every 30 to 60 days we ask whether the property is still available. One tap keeps it live.

What we check before publishing

  • The photos show the property being listed, and there are enough of them.
  • The price is plausible for the resort and the size.
  • The map pin matches the stated area.
  • The ownership type and registration status are stated.
  • No phone numbers or links inside the description.
