BAYTAK

Content policy

What can and cannot be published on Baytak.

Required

  • At least six photos of the actual property being listed.
  • A real, current asking price with the correct currency.
  • A map pin that matches the stated area.
  • Ownership type and registration status.

Not allowed

  • Photos taken from another listing, another portal, or a developer brochure presented as the actual unit.
  • Bait pricing — a price you do not intend to honour.
  • Duplicate listings of the same unit.
  • Phone numbers, email addresses or links inside the title or description.
  • Listings for properties you are not authorised to market.
  • Discriminatory language about who may rent or buy.

What happens if you break these rules

First time, we usually ask you to fix it and explain what is wrong. Repeated or deliberate breaches mean the listing is rejected and the account can be suspended. Suspected fraud is escalated immediately.
