BAYTAK

About Baytak

A property marketplace built for one coast, done properly.

Why we started

Buying property on the Red Sea is harder than it should be. The same apartment appears on fifteen Facebook pages at six different prices. Units sold eight months ago are still generating phone calls. Photos belong to a different building. And if you are sitting in Munich or Moscow, you cannot simply drive over and check.

Baytak exists to fix the data, not just to list it. We start on the Red Sea coast — Hurghada, El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh, Makadi, Soma Bay and south to Port Ghalib — and we intend to be genuinely comprehensive there before we go anywhere else.

What we do differently

  • A person on our team reviews every listing before it appears — photos, price, location and legal status.
  • Listings expire. Owners confirm availability or the listing leaves search. There are no ghost properties here.
  • We state ownership type and registration status plainly on every listing, because that is what actually stops foreign buyers from transacting.
  • One tap to WhatsApp. No account required to browse or to contact a seller.

Where we are going

English and Arabic today. Russian and German are next, because that is who is buying here. After that: the rest of Egypt's coastline, then inland.
